These are the general terms and conditions of SHOW:TIME. 
These terms and conditions apply to all orders.
After placing an order, you declare that you have agreed to the terms and conditions and that you are familiar with the content.

Article 3: Agreement / purchase of product (s)

The agreement was concluded as soon as an order was placed via the SHOW:TIME website. SHOW:TIME always confirms the order via e-mail.
SHOW:TIME does not agree with the agreement if:
The data entered by you is incorrect or complete
Delivery address falls outside our zones.
Has not yet been paid for the order
The order can be paid with Ideal.

Article 4: Delivery

SHOW:TIME ensures that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. There are of course always factors that can ensure that your order arrives later, such as payment transactions, distribution party, natural disasters or war.

Delivery always takes place after receiving the payment.
SHOW:TIME will do everything it can to deliver the products you ordered in good condition. In the event of damage or an incomplete delivery, you can contact us and receive new products.
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you indicated in the order.


Article 5: Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and costs thereof

If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, he must report this to the entrepreneur within the withdrawal period by means of the model form for withdrawal or in another unambiguous manner.
As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day of receipt, the consumer returns the product or hands it to (an agent of) the entrepreneur. This is not necessary if the entrepreneur has offered to collect the product himself.
The consumer has in any case observed the return period if he returns the product before the cooling-off period has expired.
The consumer returns the product with all accessories supplied, if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the consumer.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product. If the entrepreneur has not reported that the consumer must bear these costs or if the entrepreneur indicates to bear the costs himself, the consumer does not have to bear the costs for return.

The entrepreneur has not provided the consumer with the legally required information about the right of withdrawal, the reimbursement of costs or the model form for withdrawal, or;
The consumer did not explicitly request the start of the performance of the service or supply of gas, water, electricity or district heating during the cooling-off period.

The consumer does not bear any costs for the full or partial delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:
He has not explicitly consented, prior to its delivery, to commencing compliance with the agreement before the end of the reflection period;
He has not acknowledged losing his right of withdrawal when granting his permission; or
The entrepreneur has failed to confirm this statement from the consumer.
If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be dissolved by operation of law.


Article 6: Privacy

SHOW:TIME treats your data with care. Your information will never be shared with third parties.

We do our utmost to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you still have a complaint, you can contact us by sending an email to finance@show---time.com.
We do our utmost to redirect your complaint to a positive result.


Article 8: Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these General Terms and Conditions and the agreement (s) concluded between SHOW:TIME and your agreement.

Article 9: Changes to the general terms and conditions

SHOW:TIME can adjust the general terms and conditions at any time. That is why it is important to check whether the general conditions are up to date before you order.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on show---time.com at the time you place your order.

Article 10: Ownership of rights

Any use of show---time.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SHOW:TIME.

Article 11: Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed on show---time.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but does not include a delivery charge. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process.
