Shipping & CARE

When will my PIECES ship?

If you place an order, your shipment will be registered at our warehouse on the same day.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive your package in 3 to 14 days after placing your order if your shipping address is inside the EU. You also do not have to worry about customs (EU).

We are often exposed to unforeseeable events, which may cause longer shipping times. We promise to give our best, and monitor our customers journey at all times. Thank you for understanding. 

Duties & Taxes / Import Charges

Orders within the EU are sent duty & taxes paid. If you live within the EU you will not have to pay any import charges for your order. note that SHOW:TIME is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the EU. 

Any orders outside of the EU that are declined by the customer due to customs payments will not be subject to a refund. 

ARE THE PIECES LIMITED?

We cannot give exact numbers, but our stock is extremely limited and often sells out within hours. After we sell out, we do not restock our items, meaning once we’re sold out, there is no chance of getting your desired piece again. 

Therefore, always keep an eye out for drop information, follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to receive the latest news.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PIECES?

Because our pieces are extremely high quality, and often hand made, we’d suggest you to carefully wash our clothing at no more than 40 degrees. Preferably 30 degrees to be on the safe side. See the product info beforehand, and check the washing labels on the inside of the garments.

HOW GOOD IS THE QUALITY OF THE PIECES?

Our quality is unmatchable. Months of effort went into production, sourcing and adjusting, so we can deliver the best quality to you.

We use heavy-weight cotton from Portugal and China, ranging in between 235/sm and 460g/sm. For a soft feeling we decided to use french-terry in our hoodies. Therefore our pieces are extremely heavy-weight and premium.

Returns & PAYMENTS

How can I make a return?

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your SHOW:TIME purchase.

Items purchased on show---time.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

Please send an email to finance@show---time.com before you send the item and state the order number in the email subject, thank you. Returns are at the expense of the customer.

If the reason for your return is a defect, or wrong item sent, please let us know and we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Those returning orders that qualified for free shipping will be refunded the full amount minus shipping costs.

SHOW:TIME is not responsible for any duties and taxes you may receive on your order outside of the EU.

As soon as your order has been placed, the order amount will be written off your account.
